FAQ
How do I claim the Skol Casino welcome bonus?
To claim the welcome bonus, register a new account at Skol Casino and make your first deposit. The bonus is automatically awarded to your account on your first deposit. Full details of the specific offer, including any minimum deposit amount, are shown on the promotions page. Note: the welcome bonus is not available to players based in the United Kingdom.
What are the wagering requirements on the Skol Casino welcome bonus?
The welcome bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement. Unlike standard bonuses, the welcome offer requires you to wager your deposit amount plus the bonus amount, both multiplied by 35. For example, if you deposit €100 and receive a €100 bonus, your total wagering requirement would be €200 x 35 = €7,000 before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Which games count towards the welcome bonus wagering requirements?
Slots generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. However, a specific list of named slots contribute only 20%, and another named list contributes 0%. Table games, video poker, jackpot/progressive games, and other game types contribute 0% and do not count towards clearing the bonus. Scratchcards and keno contribute 100%. Check the full game weighting table in the promotional terms for the complete lists.
Are there any betting limits while playing with the welcome bonus?
Yes. While wagering requirements are active, you must not place single bets exceeding 20% of the bonus amount credited to your account. For example, if your bonus is €200, your maximum single bet is €40. The 20% rule does not apply if your bet size is less than €5. Exceeding this limit may be treated as irregular play and your bonus and winnings may be voided.
How long do I have to use the welcome bonus before it expires?
Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date they are awarded, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise. Any bonus spin component, if included, expires after 10 days from the date awarded. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the applicable period, the bonus and any related winnings will be removed from your account.
Is there a maximum withdrawal limit on welcome bonus winnings?
The standard terms do not state a specific maximum withdrawal cap for the welcome bonus. However, specific terms for the welcome offer are found on the promotions page and may apply. No-deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are capped separately at €100 and €50 respectively, but these caps apply to those specific bonus types rather than the deposit welcome bonus.
Can I withdraw my deposit before completing the wagering requirements?
Your deposit and any associated winnings are locked to your account until wagering requirements are fully completed. Where a withdrawal is permitted with an active bonus balance, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited at that point. It is recommended to complete all wagering before requesting a withdrawal to avoid losing your bonus.
Can I opt out of the welcome bonus if I do not want it?
Yes. If you do not wish to keep a bonus that has been credited to your account, you can request it be removed, but only if no game play has taken place since the bonus was received. Once you have started playing with the bonus, you cannot reverse it. Contact customer support as soon as possible if you wish to opt out before any gameplay occurs.
